Wine, Truffle and more in Umbria

An amazing week to discover Umbria, the green heart of the Italian Peninsula, through some of the most beautiful medieval towns, where nature, history and mystery will make you live a once in a lifetime experience.
Gubbio is the ancient town you will visit first: you won’t miss art, architecture, history and literature and you will also get to know Gubbio’s specialty: truffle hunting. Perugia and Assisi are the next cultural and food&wine destinations: the first one is famous for chocolate, and the latter for art and ceramic painting. Another unmissable opportunity is the visit to Goretti winery, with wine tasting included. And to make your Umbrian experience complete, Grandma Marcella will give you a cooking class, to teach you the secrets of the traditional Italian/Umbrian recipes. A visit to Trasimeno Lake and Isola Maggiore are the perfect conclusion of this unique tour in Umbria.
